Konshens Forgets Room Key In Jacket He Tossed Into Audience
While performing before a sea of people who were fully engaged, dancehall deejay Konshens decided to stir the crowd up even more by throwing his jacket into the audience. Not long after, Konshens realized his room keys were still inside the jacket.
In a tweet three days ago, the Turn Me On singer posted a video clip of the moment and asked his Twitter followers if they would have returned it back to him.
Amidst shock and laughter, patrons willingly returned the piece of clothing so that Konshens could recover his room key. Afterward, he tossed the jacket back into the audience receiving cheers from the crowd.
Konshens was having the time of his life as he continued his set, performing his hit single, Gal A Bubble with support from the lively crowd.
The tweet has since received 1.2K likes and over 300 retweets. Some followers commented that the entertainer wouldn’t be so lucky had the same situation took place in Kenya. One fan said, “In Kenya the jacket would have to be torn into little pieces before you resume your performance”. The number of responses beneath the post that entailed mentions of Kenya proves just how strong Konshens’ fanbase is in that country.
A veteran in the business, for over 10 years, Konshens is still making an impact on the music scene. His latest release is Dripping Sauce , for which he released a music video on New Years Day. Dripping Sauce has amassed over 270,000 views and features party vibe visuals, as he and a group of friends are living it up, with liquor, cars, and beautiful women.
One month prior, he graced the internet and airwaves with the release of the official audio for a soca track, Feel Good, now over 96,000 views.
