Sean Paul Drops New Single ‘Calling On Me’ With Swedish Singer Tove Lo: Listen

International dancehall sensation Sean Paul has dropped another superstar collab titled Calling On Me with Swedish pop icon Tove Lo.

This is the third musical release from the Dumpling collaborator since the start of the year. He did a single titled LENTO with Tainy, Mozart La Para and Cazzu, premiering the video on January 31 as well the official audio for his track Big Tings on the No Caption Riddim.

It appears Tove Lo was sought out by Sean P’s label for this musical teaming. Today, just a few hours ago he tweeted: #NEWMUSIC JUST DROP!!!! BLESS UP @TOVELO 4 JUMPIN ON DIS TRACK!!! CALLING ON ME OUT NOW. RRR!!!

Last month, the Swedish singer released two new singles Are You Gonna Tell Her featuring MC Zaac and Bikin Porn, however she is famously known for her hit songs like Talking Body and Stay High.

Calling On Me premiered February 6 on Sean’s YouTube and VEVO pages by SPJ Productions Ltd and under Island Records. The Rockabye star shared some promotional photos of himself and Tove Lo on his Instagram page yesterday letting fans know of the upcoming debut. The caption read: CALLING ON ME 📱SEAN PAUL X TOVE LO 📱FRIDAY!!! PRE-SAVE: LINK IN BIO @TOVELO RRR!!! #CALLINGONME.

The Calling On Me single is an anthem of friendship and the unconditional support shared between two true ones. He voices lyrics like “ I’ll be there to give you what you need, I’ll support your causes selflessly, yeah I got you. Just like you would do for me without a please, same blood we bleed yeah”.

Paul’s input declares his unreserved friendship while Tove chorales hers, “calling calling calling, calling on me, I’ll be there for you. calling calling calling, calling on me forever running to you, I’ll be, I’ll be, I’ll be, I’ll be on time like you expect me to”.
