In the latest iteration of his feud with the MVP, dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel continues to wickedly troll Jahmiel and Alkaline by reminding them of their past lives as Kartel/GAZA supporters.  The two MVP members released diss tracks, Nah Fi Like and Quaran Kill , which targeted the disputed King Of Dancehall last week.

In an Instagram post Sunday night (April 25), Kartel jokingly says the Great Man singer is actually his secret agent in the three-man alliance which also comprises of Mavado.

The Worl’ Boss did a mock Q&A with his Gazanation and revealed why he won’t be clashing or releasing diss tracks against the MVP. “I have the #Gazaarmy to do it”, he answered in the post’s caption which tagged Shawn Storm, Sikka Rymes, Lisa Hyper and Gaza Tussan.

Shawn Storm has so far been the first to report for active duty, with the release of Blud Bath on April 23 which dissed Alkaline, Jahmiel, Mavado, all 4th Genna including Aidonia and Govana and even Intence.

Lisa Hyper commented that her track was on the way.

Then in another, now deleted Instagram post, Kartel shared a video clip from Jahmiel’s performance at Sting in 2015.  Watch it below.

At the start of his Sting set, Jahmiel educated the crowd about his “righteousness” via a freestyle, singing “Mi come fo teach di people wid de music, mi nuh come fi clash // Come fi sing bout righteousness, nuh come fi sing about battywash”.

It would appear that 2015 Jahmiel is a different man from 2020 Jahmiel who is now engaged in a brutal clash with 6ix deejay Chronic Law.  The freestyle from 2015 Jahmiel was also a direct diss of Alkaline, his current MVP affiliate.

“Battywash” or the “brawta thing” is a reference to Alkaline who appears obscured by poop and clown emojis in the edited clip. Alkaline’s controversial 2014 song ‘F— You’ romanticized “batty wash” and it has been an ongoing point of contention with Kartel and many Jamaicans who do not support such sexual practices.

Jahmiel has responded by posting clip of one of his other live performances. His caption, which read, “Young And Winning…BIG Up Every Ghetto Youth”, aligns with Mavado’s recent tirade which accused Kartel of “fighting down” the youths, among other things.

Last week, Jahmiel’s Chronic Law diss track Quaran Kill also dissed Kartel and his situation in prison. Kartel responded on April 23, by reminding Jahmiel that he was once a supporter and posted a clip of his 2013 song titled Freedom which was dedicated to the incarcerated deejay and co-convict Shawn Storm. Jahmiel clapped back, saying that his support of Kartel then was before he believed he was a “friend killer”.

For Alkaline, he shared a throwback photo that showed the Champion Boy deejay representing for GAZA with his school friends.
