Dancehall Fans Call Ding Dong To Action, Romeich Wants A Song Called ‘Dust’ Now!
Romeich Major of Romeich Entertainment headed out on the streets of Jamacia today, utterly unaware of how severe the effects of the Sahara Desert were. The astonished music manager embarked on an over-casted city seething in dust caused by what has recently been termed the ‘Godzilla Dust’ from the Sahara Desert in North Africa.
The Godzilla Dust has blanketed the entire island since Monday, polluting air quality and reducing visibility significantly to intolerable conditions. While these are considered some serious consequences, Romeich is making great attempts to lighten the mood and people’s attitude.
In a video upload on his Instagram today, which you can watch below, Romeich recorded himself after he retreated to his car. He sent a message to his followers, “People, uno tag di artiste if uno know him, cah mi would a love fi see a song right now seen, and mi wah di song go like dis, Duss Duss Duss Duss Duss ahright den, Duss Duss … outside dusty bad.”
Major coyly continued to say he wasn’t quite sure which artiste could do such a song, so if any of his IG followers knew anyone that fit the bill, they should tag that person.
Pity he didn’t know, the answer was right under his nose the whole time. Almost everyone that responded to Romeich’s post tagged Ravers Clavers jingle-master Ding Dong, who happens to be signed to Major’s label.
It seems Ding Dong is already on the case, the deejay followed up Romeich’s post just an hour after and like responding to the call of action, uploaded a photo of himself looking attentively at his phone with the caption, “Reading the comments from @romeichentertainment last post…..” clearly suggesting that he’s up for the challenge.

This should be no big deal for Dong. Romeich’s proposed rendition of Dust sounds a lot like the Raver’s Gas .
Ding also already has a track entitled Inside , which debuted in early April, encouraging everyone to stay ‘inside’ and quarantine as Jamaicans were and are still now combating the Coronavirus pandemic.
A song to tackle the Godzilla Dust would be pretty much the same, or so we would expect. Let’s see, if in the event Romeich’s song idea comes to life, how the creative Flair In The Air deejay will put a spin on it.
