The Bounty Killer Foundation was started in 2018, and the foundation has been particularly active at the Kingston Public Hospital (KPH).

The artiste whose real name is Rodney Price said he was particularly interested in supporting the KPH, as that was the medical facility in which he was treated for a gunshot wound in 1986.

In June 2020, the Bounty Killer Foundation partnered with the Digicel Foundation, both entities distributed care packages to some of the most vulnerable families in an area popularly known as Back-To,  formally known as Majesty Gardens.

Only a few weeks ago, the Foundation had donated cash and building materials to 17-year-old St. Andrew resident Ashley Watson, to help complete construction of a bedroom at the premises where she resides.
