Vybz Kartel & Sikka Rymes On A ‘Champagne Campaign’ In New Video: Watch

With political spirits high and election campaigns ramping up all over Jamaica, the Worl’ Boss, Vybz Kartel, and his protégé, Sikka Rymes, have decided to partake in a campaign of their own.

No, none of the artistes are planning to compete for seats in parliament. Instead, they have chosen to bless us with a new song and music video by the name of Champagne Campaign.

The song and video start with the Gaza Boss asking the question:

“Can you afford it?
We pop champagne every night
Broke ass n-ggas step to the right
Your girl wanna drink from the pipe”

In the opening scene, a couple can be seen in a clothing store. The woman is shopping excitedly, picking up everything she desires. The man is there pretending to be excited and into it, but is actually a nervous wreck as he worries whether or not he can afford all that the woman wants.

He was right to be worried as his card is embarrassingly declined during check out. Sikka Rymes and his crew are just in time to pay for the items for the woman and then leave with said woman, to the dismay of the man.

The man trails Sikka’s car to a block party which is the heart of the Champagne Campaign. Here the Gaza disciples converge to party and enjoy themselves. The area is decorated with top-line vehicles, expensive jewelry, spraying champagne bottles, and sexy ladies dancing to the infectious beat of the track.

Champagne Campaign combines a futuristic sound with smooth easy lyrics to put you in a positive mood perfect for enjoying a nice party or link up. The video also fits in perfectly with this vibe and as usual, you can always count on the Worl’ Boss and Sikka Rymes to deliver a high-quality product.
