Spice Showers Her Son Nicholas With His Dream Presents On Birthday
Ever the doting mother dancehall artiste Spice is once again showing her loving devotion to her children. This time the queen of dancehall shared a video of her son, Nicholas’ birthday gifts, which he got today August 22.
Before the video, Spice made a heartfelt post on Instagram in which she said: “Here’s a piece of my heart in human form. Please Help me wish my one son @official.nicho a Happy Birthday 🎁🎊🎈 I can’t believe you getting so big on me 😩😩😩Happy birthday my baby, I love you Soooo much Nicholas . Thank you for changing my life and giving me a reason to work extremely hard. #Singlemother.”
Even her dancehall counterparts recognized her significant contribution to her children like Dexta Daps who commented: “From wa day 1 woman a ball bout him mash up ar life n mi know him nuh know her…🤣🤣🤣 hbd nichoooooooooo😂🤣🎉🎉🎉@spiceofficial.”
In the family home in Atlanta, which Spice recently bought for them, she stands outside Nicolas’s bedroom where gifts are strategically lined up from the doorway down the staircase and into a room where the big reveal, a small motorbike, stands underneath a sign that says “Happy birthday Nicho”.
Some of the gift bags also include Louis Vitton and Versace apparel. Filled with emotion she narrates the video in whispers as she and her daughter try to contain their excitement.
She captioned the video: “Just a single mother always trying to make my kids happy 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Grateful to be able to give them what i never had. Happy birthday again mi one son @official.nicho” She also revealed that he has been asking for a bike for the last three years and even though she’s afraid to let him ride she conceded this year on his 13th birthday.
She ended the video saying: “Happy birthday Nicholas, we love you,” as her daughter prompts her to remain quiet and not ruin the surprise.
The video has been viewed over 300, 000 times and has brought in comments from dancehall artistes and other prominent Caribbean ones as well.
Shenseea said: “happy birthday,” while Yanique ‘Curvy Diva’ said: “Can’t wait for his reaction,” and the queen of bacchanal Destra, from Trinidad and Tobago also sent him well wishes simply saying: “HBD.”
