Skillibeng Reveals He Has Nine CXC Subjects
Popular dancehall artiste Skillibeng is being lauded in some circles for his educational achievements after it was revealed that he has nine CXC subjects to his credit.
In a video clip circulating on social media, the Brick Pan Brick singer highlighted the subjects that he was successful in at the secondary level.
“Mi have Maths, POA (Principles of Accounts), (POB) Principles of Business, (OA) Office Adminstration, English Literature, HSB (Human and Social Biology), IT (Information Technology),” the St Thomas native listed.
However, he initially indicated that he had nine CXC passes but listed English twice so we are now wondering if there is another subject that he failed to list but so far alot of fans are lauding his achievements.
Students around the Caribbean are expected to receive their 2020 CSEC and CAPE results today, according to the Jamaica Gleaner. The COVID-19 pandemic had delayed the May/June sitting of the exams to July.

Since then persons have been commenting on the revelation. One person commented that “A this we a promote…. Educated artist and young men. And dash weh anything weh fully dunce”. The ‘fully dunce’ highlighted in the comment is a slang or saying that has gained popularity in recent times especially among young persons as it relates to a lack of educational progress.
Another commented to say “nice if music nah work out u have a back up big up u self”. Another said “bro blessings artis ofto educate dem self know.joke” while another stated “education is the key.. up yute continue on your journey”.
For a lot of persons, this may have cleared up their questions about his talents as a DJ. Skillibeng has been labeled as one of the best up and coming lyricists and his achievements in school may have contributed to his creativity especially his passes in English Literature and English.
Skillibeng has had tremendous success since his breakthrough dropping hits such as Mr Universe . He has also secured major collaborations with dancehall heavyweights such as Jada Kingdom, Popcaan and Vybz Kartel.
