Rozarro And Shane E Beef Heats Up After Sandy Park Altercation
Dancehall artiste and 6IX affiliate Rozarro is locked in a fiery feud with rival artiste Shane E with the two recently exchanging hardcore diss tracks aimed at each other.
The feud stems from a dance which Shane E a.k.a Drag Lord allegedly attended in Sandy Park, Rozarro’s home turf. Rumors suggest that Shane E had an altercation with the selector at the event after he objected to the selector playing a barrage of Tommy Lee Sparta songs at the event. The selector ignored him, and peeved, Shane E reportedly left the dance and returned with a piece of board. He was subsequently disarmed by Sandy Bay individuals from the area who are allegedly from Rozarro’s entourage, and soundly beaten with said board. Shane E reportedly had to beat a hasty retreat.
In the aftermath of that incident, Shane E released a song titled Sandy Park taking aim at thugs from Sandy Park that beat him at the dance. Rozarro retaliated with a hard-hitting tune titled “Sandy Park Killaz” produced by Shab Don Records.
Shane E is reportedly fighting a war on two fronts as he has single-handedly taken on the Up Top Camp, i.e. the boss, TeeJay, and captain, JDon Heights with another Dunrich Muzik produced single, Gun Play.
“The bwoy Shane E ah walk and ah give bear problem inna dancehall, but this song fix him business, all now him caan answer,” Rozarro, a member of the 6iX camp, said.
Rozarro’s lyrics spit venom as he details the incident in catchy, icepick sharp staccato delivery: Run lef dem shoes, and dem phone/and the board weh dem carry lick him inna head/Sandy Park mek bwoy body lost and caan found, yu lucky say yu neva dead/bwoy gun drop out and him drop a ground, vex say yu bring police on the ground/yu shoulda deh six feet under ground/man ketch cold feet, lock car door, lef man outta door.
In the second verse, Rozarro growls: ‘yu violate Sandy Park, ah blood bath!’
Rozarro is best known for his recent collab with Law Boss entitled Get Your Money Up.
“Right now me just a do nuff recordings, and compiling my EP to release summer. Producers ah link me and ah send me riddims from all over the world. I have some videos to shoot in the coming weeks including the collabs with me and Law Boss called Money Up and one with Squash titled Out Deh,” Rozarro, whose real name is Tivel Rozoro Clarke, said.
He grew up in Manchioneal, Portland where he attended Titchfield High school. He got involved in music at a very tender age through the influence of his music-loving uncles. He recorded his first songs while he was in high school, just “grimy diss songs aimed at other artistes”.
“I am definitely destined for greatness in this business of music because of my flow, my melody and my creative lyrics,” he said confidently.
He is presently promoting singles such as Map to Greatness and Nah Stress.
