Twani Price Puts His Degree Into Action, Launches Online Clothing Store

Dancehall artist Twani Price completed his first degree in entrepreneurship last year and the rising star has already began putting it to good use, recently launching an online store.

The dancehall talent’s online store, which was launched in February 2020, exclusively sells his Roolyfe brand, a mix of women’s and men’s fashion apparel.

While Roolyfe brand currently retails t-shirts and hoodies, Twani Price plans on expanding the merchandise within his brand.

In particular, Twani Price has plans to add popular accessory items like face masks.

“I officially launched the website to give persons overseas and other parts of Jamaica the opportunity to be a part of my growing Roolyfe brand. They can now order items on the website and it’s delivered directly to them,” Twani explained

Last year the ‘Honda’ artiste tested the market with a few branded tops bearing the Roolyfe insignia and placed them in select stores, they quickly sold out which confirmed to Twani that the brand had awesome potential.

“I believe it’s a combination of things really, yes the association with my artiste brand helps as well as the quality of the items and the unique logo positioning. We have some very innovative ideas but simplicity is key with some things, as well, so we are balancing both concepts with the Roolyfe merchandise,’ Twani added.

Twani graduated from the University of Technology in  2020 with a degree in entrepreneurship.

The then newly minted degree holder,  revealed that he believed his education would help to bolster his career, as he planned to further etch out a career in music and build his brand more generally.
