Father Of Dancehall Artist Starface Killed

Dancehall artist Starface is in mourning after her father was killed yesterday.

The artist’s father, Rupert Edwards, is a businessman who operates a liquor wholesale, located off Maxfield Avenue. Reports are that a man posing as a customer entered the business place and opened fire, hitting Edwards several times.

The shooting occurred sometime after 3:00 pm, April 15.

Starface, whose real name is Nadesha Edwards, could not be reached for comment.
