Rapper Jay Critch Teases Collab With Dancehall Star Skillibeng
American rapper Jay Critch teased that he has an exciting collaboration with Dancehall star Skillibeng coming soon.
He’s clearly psyched about the merger too; he went on Twitter yesterday to share the news in a discreet but not so discreet way, “Critch x Skilli 🤫🗽🇹🇹x🇯🇲,” he tweeted.

Many fans picked up the hint right away, “When you dropping it,” said one follower, while another fan’s head simply exploded, “What the world didn’t kno we needed 🤯.”
The biggest giveaway however is that Critch is currently linking up with Skillibeng in Jamaica.
The Brooklyn-born rapper landed on the island a few days ago with fellow rapper Rich the Kid, whose record label Rich Forever Music he is partly signed, and has been kicking it with the Crocodile Teeth deejay and the Unruly Boss Popcaan in Port Antonio.

Today he shared on Instagram that not only is he still touring the parish at the Errol Flynn Marina but also has a ‘5/5 tape’ launching soon. So there definitely some music-making taking place. Rich The Kid’s official disc jockey, DJ Ralphy Black is also on the island.

Critch and Rich The Kid are sure soaking up the island experience since they arrived, having also visited Frenchman’s Cove beach on Friday, and with hosts like Skillibeng and Popcaan have added a little partying too.

Critch, 23, is popularly known for his tracks Ego, Fashion, KD Freestyle, and Thousand Ways to name a few. Along with Rich Forever Music label, he is also signed to Interscope Records.
It seems Skillibeng is certainly making a big impression with several international acts, from Drake, Bobby Shmurda, and Burna Boy vibing to his songs in their posts online, to his feature on Shatta Wale’s track Blow Up last month, the EastSyde artiste seems to be a pretty hot commodity.
