Romeich In Mourning Following Death Of Brother
Dancehall producer Romeich Major is in mourning following the recent passing of his older brother, Steve Major.
The CEO of Romeich Entertainment made the sad announcement in his Instagram story late Wednesday (May 5).
In a subsequent post on his Instagram feed, Major shared a photo of his brother, who lived in the United States, noting that he took very good care of him on his frequent visits to New York.
Major, who has a total of eight siblings, described his brother Steve as one of his relatives that he was most close to, describing him as a ” teacher” who gave him many insights as to how to survive and thrive.
“It’s never easy Loosing a love oneπ no matter how strong you feel you are π when they are gone all emotions in you body start to over work,” began Romeich who shared a throw-back photo of himself sitting beside late brother, Steve.
“Alot of you might not know this but I have 6 sisters and 2 brothers and one of them closest to me was this man my big brother Teached me so much about life and family as well as he made me laugh so much, but most of all Took care of me anytime I was in New York π€R.I.P my big brother you will forever be missed by all #Stevemajor,” he added.
Upon seeing the post, many in the Instagram community, including Member of Parliament for South East St Ann, Lisa Hanna, and popular radio personality, Miss Kitty, used the platform to share their condolences.
“So sorry for you loss. Stay strong my brother and take the time to grieve in your own way,” said Hanna on IG.
“Sincere condolences to you and your family. May his soul rest in eternal peace,” added Miss Kitty.
Less than two weeks earlier, the producer and artiste manager welcomed a new addition to his family with the birth of his daughter.
At the time, Major, shared a picture of the baby with her face concealed, introducing his daughter named ‘Skye’ to his Instagram family.
