Shaggy Says He’s Having Fun Making Spice’s New Album
Spice’s debut album TEN is edging ever closer to its much-anticipated release and executive-producer Shaggy is very excited about the project. Momentum and energy around the album has increased following the May 1 release of Go Down Deh featuring Dancehall icons Sean Paul and Shaggy, after the song was No. 1 in Jamaica for a week with over 7 million views on YouTube so far.
The chemistry in the camp was on display when Shaggy took to Instagram yesterday, to compliment the Dancehall Queen.
“Grace! Album a come, hey mek mi tell yuh, ha, ha a wah wi seeh!” screamed an excited Shaggy while in studio with Spice. The Boombastic deejay also adorned Spice with good vibes in his caption.

Spice’s album TEN is expected to be released on July 30, and is some 10 years in the making. The Queen of Dancehall is releasing this project through her label VP Records with whom she has shared a love/hate relationship.
Ahead of the July release, Spice, Shaggy, and Sean Paul will appear together on Good Morning America on June 11 as part of the American morning show’s Summer Concert series.
