Swiss OG Releases New ‘Time Is Money’ Collab Featuring Wasp, Ultimate G, Doza Medicine

Confident and with a dope flow, the bold rhyme slinger Swiss OG does everything in a colossal way. The relentless rapper is building a worldwide movement, using a unique style which is a blend of reality rap-dancehall and braggadocious lyricism.

After the success of his previous I’m So Ambitious breakthrough single, the Canadian-based rapper has followed up with Time Is Money which was released April 27, 2021 on all digital music platforms iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, Amazon Music, Tik Tok etcetera. The single features Wasp, Ultimate G and Doza Medicine.

“The record was originally a rap track. I just sent it to Doza Medicine to listen to an he liked it asked me if he can do a verse on it. I said ‘sure I wanna hear what you’ll come up with’, then couple days after he sent me the verse an I liked it so I just changed up the whole song,” Swiss OG told DancehallMag.

Swiss OG then recruited Wasp who he respected as a lyrical maestro in the world of reggae-dancehall.

“I also got one of my friends ultimate G from out here in Toronto but originally from Jamaica, and the rest is history,” he said.

Swiss OG first came to national attention with ‘I’m So Ambitious’, a dedication to Tupac from Swiss OG, Outlaws’ E.D.I. Don, Reggae superstar Sizzla Kalonji, Aktual, and Tha Realest. The Canadian Rapper Swiss OG, ironically born on Tupac’s birthday, June 16th, decided to do an international tribute crossing genres of music and continents.

The video, which featured Sizzla Kalonji, has racked up almost 300,000 views on YouTube. The single was released on the DSD1 (Down Since Day 1) label.

Swiss OG also has an upcoming collaboration with ‘Don’t Quit’ featuring Wasp and Terror Fabulous.
