Shenseea Toasts Her First Song ‘Jiggle Jiggle’ After Five Years In Dancehall
It’s been five years since Dancehall starlet Shenseea emerged on the music scene. The ShengYeng princess celebrated the occasion today (July 6) on Instagram by reflecting on her first song, Jiggle Jiggle.
The post came with a sentimental throwback photo of her days as a bottle girl for Romeich Entertainment, while she was working a party. In her caption, the Dancehall singer said she served drinks and food to some of the most elite businessmen and artists around town, then the unforgettable moment came when the disc jockey played her song Jiggle Jiggle, but little did anyone know she was the voice behind the track.
“I finished writing this song 5am in the morning while my baby slept!” she wrote in the post. “I love this picture because this was the day I served some of the top dancehall artistes and businessmen..brought out all their bottles, food etc. I then heard my song at the party and no one knew it was me except my team and the DJ!”
The Blessed star also revealed that behind the confident pose in the photo — wearing her white cutout monokini — there was an untold story of a case of ‘faking it till you make it’ that many would be surprised to know.
“I posted this picture 5 years ago and I got ridiculed for my slippers seeing as some of my followers saw it MANY times because I didn’t have much! I glued it over and OVER everytime it fell apart! I am PROUD of myself and i am most grateful to God for carrying me thus far!”
She continued, “I am about to start a new journey and I doubt not in what he will continue to do! When I started it was just a few- now my ShenYengz and I are gonna take over the world.”

As Shenseea closes off the demi-decade, she will launch her debut studio album, which she revealed last week is primed and ready.
Music executive and A&R representative Donny “Dizzy Clean Face” Flores, who has been diligently working with the Lighter singer since she’s been abroad may have heightened anticipations further today by revealing on Instagram that “its almost time for new music,” to suggest that the first singles from the album might be dropping soon.
He also shared a slide of photos and videos that showed Shenseea busy with work-related events.

Shenseea’s manager Romeich was one of the first to ‘fire’ up Dizzy’s post of the announcement.
The proud music manager also took the opportunity today to recognize Shenseea’s Dancehall anniversary and pointed out his artist’s incredible work ethic, unmatchable talent, and quick ascent to stardom with a toast to what he prays will be another musical year “filled with bigger and better music as well as some explosive performances.”
“In just space of 5 years she has gained over 1.74mil subscribers on youtube which is 3rd most for Jamaican dancehall artist next to #kartel and #seanpaul 2 of dancehall biggest icon 🔥🔥🔥4.2mil followers on ig most as a dancehallartist, 1.1million on tik tok and bagging up Millions of streams each month I am happy to say this Jamaican Talent is well on her way to making her country proud!!!” he wrote in the lengthy post.
