Summer isn’t over and neither are the releases of Dancehall tracks for the season. Busy Signal and Posh Morris turn things up with their summer beats to get you moving while Dancehall stars Skillibeng, I Waata & Sadike, Daddy1 & TakeOva floss their millions with no apology in their new tracks.

Shaneil Muir is certainly in a league of her own with her latest release, Exclusive that’s a must-see. And newcomer Pink Boss surprises with a gripping narrative in his new single Garrison Life.

Busy Signal – Bruk Dung Di Bed

Reviving toasts from his 2008 hit track Tic Toc, Dancehall deejay Busy Signal lands a spicy new single this week on the Tri-Circle Riddim with just as much pizazz. The charismatic deejay invites a few bendy vixens to his Miami condo to Bruk Down Di Bed in the Warrior Films-directed music video for quite the show while he plays the very cool and collected playboy.

Posh Morris – Flava

Dancehall singer Posh Morris brings the Flava stirring an energetic party vibe while repping the widely popular Dirt Bounce dance in her new Ovation Lab music video. Filmed on the stomping grounds of Arnett Gardens in Kingston city, Posh rides the Jungle Jesus-produced Tawch Up Riddim to flaunt her dominance in the game, “Dem doubt mi too long, mi bad nuh bloodcl—t, Grand dada blood strong, nuttn in a family we never grow wrong,” she spits on the verses.

Marlon Binns & Bounty Killer – Going

After Cham’s recent admission that Bounty Killer has the “greatest deejay voice in Dancehall history”, the deejay proves he’s as in-demand as ever, appearing on the single Going with Jamaican singer Marlon Binns. Flexing his impressive reverberating timbres on this easy lovers rock tune with Binns, a narrative of a complicated love affair unfolds; “ If you’re going, keep going till you’re gone, you cant take my heart. But if you want it, you want me, girl come on…” the verses say. This is certainly not the first time the two artistes have collaborated together, Bounty and Marlon previously teamed up on the single Turn Me On, on the infectious Salsa Riddim in 2014, and also Mama You Know in 2011.

Daddy1 & TakeOva – Money Religion

6ix crewmember, Daddy 1 says the girls think he’s sweet like Milo but that’s a mere coup to the millions he and TakeOva are stacking up in the bank, because ‘money is their religion’. “Chop di line and we make couple million, so mi tell it to the Jews and di Christian, yo mi tell dem money a mi religion and mi house haffi big like Pavilion (i.e. the shopping mall)…” TakeOva sings. Money Religion is connecting well with the fans, now sitting on more than 100k views and trending for music at No. 14 on YouTubeJM.

Rytikal – Neva Scared

In a propagative slew of releases, following We Okay, Ready, Chosen and Walk And Talk in recent weeks, Dancehall star Rytikal is back on the scene with a brand new track Neva Scared. “Weh you hear bout bwoy … could a strong like Hercules,” you’re no match for him, the Bad Head deejay says. Now trending at No. 16 on YouTubeJM, fans seem to be on high alert for something new from the deejay; the track has also racked up over 143k views since it dropped three days ago.

Shaneil Muir – Exclusive

Top Gyal Shaneil Muir is zipping around a chic metropolitan in her neon green Lamborghini in this Kreative Klique-directed music video to vaunt her Exclusive lifestyle. She’s no man clown, you won’t find her fighting over a man or borrowing people’s clothes – “You nuh see mi exclusive and any a game play mi haffi win cah mi nuh take loses, swear dat a di truth,” she sings in her boastful verses. The Shab Don produced single and visuals are currently leading on the music charts at No. 5 on YouTubeJM trending with over 684k views.

Skillibeng – Money Tree

When you “hustle everyday none stop” then maybe you can grow a Money Tree like Dancehall star Skillibeng. “We a di money tree, grow we money, so so money, we a flourish without fertilizer, pure organic, grow with nuh additive … but we just cant bother with nutn weh average, sadly that’s reality, how mi fi stop make money, cant stop deal with the badness…” he swiftly spits in his unmatched traphall bars. In the visuals courtesy of Xtreme Artz JA, which is now trending at the No.15 on YouTubeJM, the deejay dishes his rhymes in his expensive convertible BMW and in other scenes replaces Benjamin Franklin’s spot on the hundred dollar bill to display his very cashy repute.

Shane O – Learn

Director KD Visuals brought Shane O’s vision alive in the music video for his single Learn. After countless episodes of betrayal, the Dancehall singer scolds himself: “When mi a go learn fi stop sorry for people and put myself first … when mi a go learn fi stop smile with who nuh like me and me know nuh fi make mi back turn,” while sitting in the middle of a classroom as if morphed back in time to his prep school days. The ‘overgrown’ kids take advantage and poke fun at him over and over again, but Shane O carries on unbothered showing his failing test grades to reflect his mistakes.

10Tik – Money

Trending at No. 12 for music on YouTubeJM is 10Tik’s new track Money. In the song, the deejay rings up Money on the line to have a direct conversation with the currency to simply ask, “Eh money, you know how long man a call you, mussi nuh hear seh mi want you.” Afterall, a Chappa’s money buys “Range ah nuh Prado,” he easily spends a million a day without going broke.

Nervz – Dream Big

Newcomer Nervz says he has to Dream Big to make it in this life. While driving his Honda in the music video by Blacq Road Media Film, he says “Haffi make 10 million by a mawning fast, RollsRoyce in a parking lot” and “Haffi rich like a drugs mi did a deal with” in verses of the song. His dreams don’t stop there, Nervz has his sights set on a crib in the scheme and he’s not stopping until he’s rich like, local billionaire Michael Lee-Chin.

Pink Boss – Garrison Life

Pink Boss is quite the storyteller, as he pulls you in for this grim narrative of the Garrison Life. It’s his own tale of a hard knock life, growing up stealing candy because he was hungry, eating tin mackerel and dumpling for dinner with an igloo in the house “mi nuh know nuh fridge.” He used to sit and watch cars drive past and say “dah car deh a mines” and it was with those hopes and dreams that he went and pursued music. He entered the local talent show Magnum Kings And Queens, which ultimately gave him his start.

IWaata & Sadike – New Money

Celebrating life with their New Money, Dancehall deejays IWaata and Sadike are showing off their newly acquired whips, while popping champagne, and partying with more body-banging girls than they need. It’s a pool party in the KD Visuals directed music video, as the two men boast how rich they are with their ‘new money’.
