IWaata Keeps It Rapid On New Single ‘Casamigo’: Watch

Dancehall artist IWaata is still riding high as one of the show stopping names to emerge on the scene. This year saw him turn heads with singles like ‘Reason’, ‘Anyweh’, ‘Bamma’, ‘Tr888’, and ‘Beach Shorts’ among many others, and he still has a tall clip with new music to fire off.  On September 25, he released a new single called, ‘Casamigo’.

Produced by Countree Hype Ent. along with Star Strap Records and Crash Weh Play Music, IWaata takes us through some moments in the fast life that he lives, whether he’s flying out and making moves in some of your favorite cities, hanging out with beautiful women, or handling business in the only way he knows.

IWaata also makes mention of the Casamigos Tequila, the American Actor George Clooney co-owned liquor which has become popular in the past few months thanks to social media, and some prominent names in music. IWaata adapts to a rapid-fire flow on the track, which is sure to excite fans and new listeners upon first listen. Accompanying the new single, is a music video that was directed by KD Visuals. The video features clips of IWaata in New York, partying away with a few Casamigos on deck, and hitting up the studio with his crew.

Earlier this month, IWaata faced some controversy as his former manager Andrew ‘Boysie’ Campbell said he would be seeking legal advice after his name was allegedly mentioned in a diss track. Despite that, I Waata is still hard at work, with a lot more content to release.
