Shenseea, Lila Iké Take To The Sands In Dubai
Jamaican singers Lila Iké and Shenseea took to the deserts of Dubai to “live some life” when they went ATV biking on a sand dune adventure earlier this week.
Though they didn’t share any photos together it appeared that Iké went riding down the sandy terrains of a Desert Park with friends based on posts she made on Instagram on Monday.
Lila, who tagged her location in Sharjah — the third-most populous city in the United Arab Emirates, after Dubai and Abu Dhabi, forming part of the Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman metropolitan area — took time out of her schedule to enjoy the wild ATV ride along the unrestricted terrains of the desert and was met with camels and picturesque sand dunes in the backdrop.
“Work all day and night so we haffi live some life yeah mmmmmmm 🇦🇪🏜🔥,” the Solitude singer wrote on her IG video-share blaring Popcaan’s Live Some Live in the audio.
The Unruly Boss, who Lila tagged in her post, was quick to respond, “You and @shenseea a move brazzy ina the desert.”

Indulging somewhat in the Muslim culture, Lila was veiled in a traditional hijab head covering but chose to keep things light and simple below, wearing just a t-shirt, and biker shorts with sneakers. Maybe she wanted to prep for the heat, but eventually admitted, “Jamaica still hotta dan dem place ya 🇦🇪🔥🏜”
She shared another post hanging out at the Dubai Fountain and also a TikTok reel of her day vibing by Azure Beach – the private beachside retreat at the Rixos Premium Dubai, JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) hotel, while ‘living even more life’ and teasing her new single Never Leave with WSTRN.

Shenseea, who was also in The City of Gold for a performance at the All Africa Festival in Burj Park, Downtown Dubai over the weekend, showed off her desert adventure at an undisclosed location where she did “baby drifts” in the sand.

Donning full Muslim getup, with hijab headdress and jilbab gown, paired with sneakers, Shenseea – the apparent daredevil, just wished her bike was faster so she could show off some real riding skills.
“Y’all saw my baby drift??? 🤣 if only the bike would move faster 😒” she disappointedly wrote on her IG video-share.
Popcaan was also upfront and center in her comments, fully endorsing the ‘life living’ events in the desert. “Dat is it,” he wrote.
She also shared some poolside pics while – as she says in the caption, “Living out my dream job!”
In another post she reminisced about the journey it took to reach where she is in life today: “When I saw this photo, I thought to myself ” I really came a long way, all i see is strength and determination” I been through shit but it all made me who tf I am today though!”

Both Shenseea and Lila are working on their debut albums. The two artists may also appear on Grammy Award-winning singer H.E.R.’s upcoming Reggae project.
