Barbadian singer Rihanna has picked up 17 new RIAA certifications this week after several of her singles reached multi-platinum, platinum, and gold status. She also shared the exciting news that she will ‘RIH-ISSUE’ her eight albums with colored vinyl and thematic merch.

According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) , the R&B singer’s 2007 release Umbrella and 2012’s Diamond are now both certified 7X multi-platinum, having sold over 7 million units in the United States.

Other singles: Take A Bow, Don’t Stop The Music, and Love On The Brain are now certified 5X multi-platinum having sold over 5 million units.  Fourfiveseconds is now certified 4X platinum, while Bitch Better Have My Money is now certified 3X multi-platinum.

Her singles Consideration and Yeah I Said It both locked in platinum certifications for having sold over 1 million units.

It doesn’t stop there for the 33-year-old singer: her singles Skin, Woo, S&M Remix, Same Ol’ Mistakes, Higher, Love The Way You Lie (Part II Ft. Eminem), James Joint and Close To You are all now certified gold having sold over 500,000 units.

The day of snagging her 17 RIAA certificates, the Work singer took to Twitter to announce that she will be re-releasing her discography: “The RIH ISSUE. Cop these limited edition color vinyl + exclusive merch sets before dey gon’!!!” and directed fans to pre-order at ri-hanna.io/rihissue.

She also shared a visual teaser that included each of the unique vinyl records that were colored coordinated to reflect their original album covers. Each vinyl will come with an exclusive T-shirt or hoodie to match the theme of the LP. Prices range from $100 to $140 for each set.

As to what to expect, fans will be able to enjoy all of Rihanna’s classic hits from her debut studio album Music of the Sun to her most recent project Anti that dropped in 2016.

The RIH-ISSUE seems to be a filler until her highly anticipated, ninth studio album, R9 finally drops. The singer confirmed that she held “tons of writing camps” and started recording new music for the upcoming collection already. It will be “Reggae-inspired”, she told Vogue.

Now with plans of expanding her Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty lingerie line to launch Fenty hair products, Rih admitted it has been hard to put in the studio time, saying that she “used to be in the studio, only the studio, for three months straight,” and now she has “fashion one day, lingerie the next, beauty the next, then music the next.”

Back in September, the Bajan beauty shared details about her new music to the Associated Press, revealing that it will be “completely different” from her previous work.

“You’re not going to expect what you hear … That’s — just put that in your mind. Like, whatever you know of Rihanna is not going to be what you hear,” she said. “I’m really experimenting and music is like fashion — you should be able to play. I should be able to wear whatever I want and I treat music the same way. So, I’m having fun and it’s going to be completely different.”
