Spice Surprises Sister With Baby Shower, Gender Reveal Party
The now Grammy Award-nominated Queen of Dancehall Spice proved she’s also the ‘queen of surprises’ having recently pulled off a double celebration for her little sister Fenise Hamilton with a baby shower and gender reveal party.
Spice shared the touching moment on Instagram when an overwhelmed Fenise realized her big sis had secretly flown in from Atlanta to surprise her at the garden venue.
In the short video clip, Fenise is seen sobbing uncontrollably and hugging on Spice causing the QOD to also turn on the waterworks. While giggling, Spice said, “Look how you make me ah cry,” to her sibling as she wiped away the expecting mom’s tears.
Spice said it was tough trying to surprise Fenise, especially on the day of the event because she kept calling her throughout the day. “Mi sey, you just hard fi surprise, you just a call down mi phone. Mi sey, she just a call me suh! SURPRISE!” she said as Fenise continued to hug her.
On the IG post, Spice wrote, “My little sister @fenisehamilton is expecting her first child with @dre_elli_richforever and I told her I was extremely busy and couldn’t make it to Jamaica 🇯🇲.”
Spice then revealed how she pulled off the grand surprise with the assist of two friends.
“She had a photoshoot in the garden and I secretly rented out another section same place and planned a baby shower and Gender reveal for her and this is what happened when she saw me 🥺😩 Thanks JANEL and RUTHAN for helping me to pull this off😍 who’s guessing what baby we’re having?”
The grand gesture and touching display between the two caught viewers’ attention online. Dancehall artist CeCile said, “Cho🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 dis niceeee eee. congrats Fenise from me know Grace, you ever by her side…so congrats to you both.i love this🔥🔥.”
While others like Tami Chin responded, “This is so beautiful. Nothing in the world like a sister ❤️” and Lisa Hanna added, “This is so beautiful and selfless ❤️.”
Spice has demonstrated to be quite the surprise party planner, also recently when she surprised her son Nicho at his 14th birthday party and had Dancehall bombshell Jada Kingdom cut the cake and later plant an impromptu ‘chups’ on his cheek.
Christmas mornings in Spice’s household are also no joke, as she always goes above and beyond to completely stupefy her kids as they unwrap their gifts.

In 2020, the QOD had also surprised her sister with a new car on her birthday.
“I love you, sis, we grew up head and tail sleeping on one bed together, we struggled together, cried together, fight with each other and we sure as hell gonna share our success together ,” Spice wrote at the time.

Fenise Hamilton recently tied the knot and is expecting her first child with her new husband. Spice also attended their engagement announcement back in January.
