Koffee Set To Make Coachella Debut In April
After the COVID-19 pandemic nixed her Coachella debut last year, Grammy-winning reggae artist Koffee is finally set to make her debut at the popular festival this April.
Coachella’s social media platforms trumpeted the announcement on Wednesday.
Music stars Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, and Kanye West are set to headline this year’s Coachella Festival, which will take place at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, California on the weekends of April 15-17 and April 22-24.
Koffee is expected to perform on Saturday, April 16 and Saturday, April 23. Other mega acts set to hit the stage at that time include 21 Savage, Megan Thee Stallion, Giveon, and 21 Savage.

Coachella, which has attracted as many 125,000 concertgoers a day, was forced to pause for two years because of the pandemic.
Most recently, the Omicron variant has caused quite a few of postponements and cancellations, including several Broadway shows.
Koffee was first booked to perform on the 2020 staging of Coachella but the festival was canceled.
The 20-year-old has been all over the world promoting her message through her music but Coachella is considered one of the pinnacles in terms of performances that an artist can reach.
She spoke with Highsnobiety last year to discuss her feelings about the upcoming event. She shared that she is eager to perform and has been preparing meticulously to ensure a successful and memorable performance.
“[I’m] excited. We’re really, really preparing. We’re going in. This is why I do my music: so I can be recognized, and get to places like this, so I’m really happy,” she said at that time.
