Bobby Shmurda Turns Up To Vybz Kartel’s ‘Get Gun Shot’
Brooklyn rapper Bobby Shmurda was spotted yesterday turning up to Vybz Kartel’s 2009 track Get Gunshot after declaring a week ago that fellow rappers should stop using guns in their music videos.
In an Instagram video, which he has since deleted, Shmurda is seen wildly raving to the Worl’ Boss’ gun tune in the back of a car, while singing and gesticulating to the track.
Without missing a beat, Bobby sings, “Pu$$y weh you diss Craig from Flankers fah, hmm? Dat mi a go kill you and you father for…None a dem a real killer, dem know the GAZA eviler. Buss my gun infront the media. Bwoy violate mi nuh gi dem a page …”
He then opens the car door, and springs unto the sidewalk for some erratic dancing and yelling, “Dem get a bloodcl@@t encyclopedia!!!”

In another IG share last month, Shmurda was again seen tearing into the lyrics of another gun tune from Vybz Kartel. Much like the deejay’s Get Gunshot track, Shmurda was running through every verse for Brooklyn Anthem with effortless flow.
According to The Source, it was just over a week ago that the Hot N*gga rapper posted new images on Instagram while enjoying the company of a massive group of women and shared a message to put the guns down in music videos.
“I don’t wanna see nooo guns in Videos this year str8 Gyal 😋❤️🔥🥰 y’all n-ggas ain’t using them anyway you on the gram with it nigggaa 😱😂😂😂😂,” he wrote.
Though Bobby Shmurda was once one of the most menacing figures in Hip-Hop, nowadays he’s seen as a more fun-loving personality, dancing in his videos and appreciating his freedom.
He has been promoting messages of celebrating life and having fun. During the holiday season, Bobby expressed how much he was enjoying being with loved ones, in what was his first Christmas at home since being released from prison.
“This my first Christmas home in 7 years. Don’t take this holiday for granted ya’ll. Hit the people you love! And answer those jail calls,” he wrote on social media.
