Top Jamaican producer Richard Roache has released the aptly titled Reggae Genesis Riddim, under his label Digital One Records.

Released on February 25, the lineup for the 15 track project includes Chuck Fenda, Luciano, Leroy Sibbles, Courtney Melody, and Anthony B.

“When I started this project, I wanted to have a lovers rock type of vibe – something that you could bounce and groove to. So the project comprises all of that with the balance of a message,” the producer explained.

With an extensive and talented team including Riff Raff, the creator of the beat, executive producer Wesley Barnett, FireWayne of Echo One Productions, Floyd Barrett, Sydney Stewart, Kevin Hilton and many more, the project is bound to be a success.

“My hope for the riddim is for music lovers overall to be able to grasp it. For me and many others, music is meant to uplift, help with meditation, it’s overall good for the soul. This project has ingredients to cover all that. It’s one riddim project but is combined with various elements,” the producer expressed.
