IWaata, Prettii Prettii Might Be Back Together But His Babymother Stirs The Pot
It seems Clip Tall deejay IWaata and Sad Eeh artist Pretti Prettii are back together.
After weeks of speculation, the popular dancer-turn-artist Prettii Prettii confirmed on Sunday that she and IWaata are back in a good place, and have even recorded a new song together.
IWaata and Prettii were a couple over a year ago, before the deejay stepped out and fathered a child with another woman. Now it seems the two have rekindled their romance. IWaata’s baby mother, however, has refused to sit quietly on the sidelines and has revealed that she has a second child for the deejay.
It was just last month that IWaata made another public apology to his “Mimi” (Prettii) on Instagram. “Things do happen in life but that’s no excuse for me as a man. I’m sorry Mimi 😞😞. #mywholeheart ❤️” he wrote, under a video of his ex-beau.
On Valentine’s Day, the two shared photos and videos online which were speculated to be from the same location. Prettii’s close friend Dancing Rebel even wrote in an Instagram Story that she didn’t get involved with her friend’s relationship because she knew they’d get back together.
Now in short video clip on Sunday, March 20, Prettii shared a preview of a new song that she recorded with IWaata. The song is an exchange about the deejay cheating, their breakup and how they’ve put it all behind them.
“Mek we reason just a likkle bit, get a girl pregnant and dat was it…couldn’t believe none at all. Mi did haffi left,” Pretty sung in the intro.
IWaata followed with his verse, “You and me can solder this, mi f–k up in a myself, me is not the best, me know mi hurt you bad, yes mi can relate…”
Pretty also said in more verses, “True mi rate you, you nuh end up over a Dovecot…”
While things may have worked out for the two after all, it seems IWaata’s baby mother wants the public to know more details surrounding the situation. She wrote in an Instagram post, seemingly aimed at Prettii: “Why u don’t sing about Dada being the second child for us not the first?”
“Don’t wake the sleeping lion,” she added.
In December 2020, IWaata and Prettii split after a photo of the deejay, his new baby Jelani aka Dada and another woman made the rounds on social media.
The Clip Tall deejay took to social media to issue an apology to Prettii, while calling for reconciliation. He wrote at the time, “Nuh matter what happen u ago always be fimimimi an this is not a media thing u deh deh fimi b4 me even have a name nuff f–kry me do an u look over dem an me rate an respect u 1000% Mimi”
“Knw u feel cut up an hurt but me knw fi sure we can fix this sorry fi bring u down pon d media like this still bby but nah watch r listen d crowd me see bigger Dan we f–k up an dem fix back dem life cause NOBODY NUH PERFECT,” he continued.
