Shenseea Under Fire From Megan Thee Stallion Fans For Following Tory Lanez

Shenseea faced backlash from Megan Thee Stallion fans who called her out for following rapper Tory Lanez on Twitter.

Lanez was charged with assault and carrying an unregistered weapon, stemming from the July 2020 shooting of Megan in Los Angeles.  The Hot Girl rapper, in her first exclusive TV interview on April 24, with CBS Mornings co-host Gayle King, opened up about the night of the alleged shooting.

Speaking with King, Megan said that she feared for her life as Lanez shot at her after screaming, “Dance, b-tch.” The Houston rapper added that Lanez quickly began apologizing after the incident, saying that he would give her a million dollars to not speak up about it, but also didn’t offer any help, as she lay injured in a driveway.

As expected, Megan’s latest disclosure has left many of her fans in their feelings. So much so that the Internet detectives have discovered that her Lick collaborator and ‘friend’ Shenseea had followed the Canadian rapper and, according to some, started doing so after Megan’s CBS interview.

On Monday, Shenseea, however, decided to shut down the allegations that she intentionally followed Lanez after the interview to chase some much-needed clout due to her “failing” career.

“Lol please people, I’m really NOT the one to f-ck with. Y’all so called fans always wanna set women up against each other then scream “women don’t support women”, Shenseea tweeted.

The Blessed singer’s statement caused another wave of criticism.

Shenseea followed up with another tweet, explaining that she wasn’t sure when and how she began following Lanez but it certainly wasn’t after Megan’s interview on Sunday.  She also added that she would unfollow Lanez.

“Let me just unfollow out of RESPECT for another woman though I really cant remember when or howww that follow happened honey lol,” Shenseea wrote.

Meg’s fans, however, still weren’t convinced. The backlash continued:

The R U That singer appeared unfazed by what she deemed “bullying” and further addressed Meg’s Twitter fans to thank them for bringing to her attention that she was following the Say It rapper.

“In the future, bullying me does not work. I will literally stand against the world for fun. Thanks for bringing shit to my attention tho. Have a nice day, Y’all tried it!” she added in another tweet.
