Shenseea, DJ Khaled Twinning In Matching Balenciaga Outfits At Album Release Party
Jamaican singer Shenseea had an eventful night-out on Saturday (August 27), kicking things off at Bad Bunny’s World Tour concert at the Yankee Stadium in New York before stepping out at DJ Khaled’s album release party.
The Blessed singer was spotted taking in Bad Bunny’s performance last night with her usual entourage including her A&R/manager Donny “Dizzy” Flores. They both shared highlights from the show; Shen, for one, was inspired by the massive staging.
“I aint got time for lame energy. I got a dream to chase,” she wrote on a clip sweeping the crowd-packed arena on her Instagram Story.
Next stop was DJ Khaled’s album release party to toast his 13th studio album God Did, which debuted on Friday. The Jamaican entertainer has worked with Khaled on a few projects in the past, including the Can You Feel It music video for Carib Beer’s ad campaign last October and again for Pandora’s ad campaign in November.
Khaled and Shenseea set off the shutterbugs when they posed for photos in matching Balenciaga Monogram outfits. There’s no telling how the ‘his and hers’ getups came about but it was a good look for Dancehall fans.
“Loving everything about this pic,” said one fan on a post shared by Shen’s Jamaican manager Romeich Major.
“They didn’t belive in us BUT God did!!!” Major captioned the post.
“Happy Sunday my ig family always remember sky is limit work hard work smart and keep a clean heart all will fall in place!!!!”

Like his God Did album, Khaled’s release party was a star-studded affair with sightings of several celebrity faces including Fabolous, Offset, Dave East, Giggs and others.
With the MTV Music Awards ceremony coming up later tonight at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, Shenseea may make an appearance on the red carpet.
The Dancehall singer was nominated for “Push performance of the year” for her performance of R U That. The single features rapper 21 Savage and appeared on her debut album, Alpha.
The 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, which will be hosted by LL Cool J, Nicki Minaj, and Jack Harlow airs live tonight on MTV starting at 6:30 p.m ET, with pre-show performances and red carpet interviews.
Fans may vote up to 20 times per day, for their favorite stars across the 22 categories, including push performance, video of the year, artist of the year, best collaboration and two all-new categories: best longform video and best metaverse performance.
