US Singer Rielle Teams Up With Producer Christopher Birch

Jamaican producer Christopher Birch, celebrated for his ability to craft infectious musical masterpieces that transcend borders, including the massively successful ‘Bruk Off Yuh Back’ by Konshens, has set his sights on American singer Rielle for his latest project.
Rielle, whose given name is Gabrielle Santo, is a 24-year-old Puerto Rican-Italian singer making waves with her genre-blending artistry. Signed to the indie boutique label Natural Bridge under the guidance of music executive Mark Pinnock, she has been steadily carving out her space in the industry.

Her latest single, Sail Away, marks her second official release and has been gaining significant traction along the U.S. Eastern Seaboard. The track’s infectious Caribbean-infused vibe has captured the attention of industry heavyweights like Busta Rhymes and Gyptian, solidifying her as an artist to watch.
Pinnock, who has been instrumental in Rielle’s development, describes her as “a dynamic talent with a unique sound that bridges cultures.”
For Birch, Rielle represents an exciting new chapter in music.
“She’s a breath of fresh air, an amazing writer, singer, and voice. She has good energy, good spirit, and she’s going to be a major player in this business as long as she puts her energy and focus into what she’s doing,” he shared. While some may view Rielle as a non-dancehall artist experimenting with the genre, Birch sees her differently. “I don’t put her in a box. She’s an artist with talent to be reckoned with,” he emphasized.
The rise of artists like Rielle further underscores Jamaica’s continued influence on the global music scene. According to the Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO), the country’s music industry contributes billions to the economy annually, with dancehall and reggae serving as key cultural exports. With Sail Away maintaining its momentum and Rielle’s star on the rise, her collaboration with Birch highlights the evolving reach of Jamaican music. As Birch puts it, “Music is my life. I don’t work; I have fun.” And with Rielle in the mix, the fun is just beginning.
